2. Products
Raza Rida Care offers personal care and cosmetic products through its website and other authorized sales channels. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary slightly without affecting product quality or functionality.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Raza Rida Care reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or any other operational reason. In such cases, any prepaid amount received will be refunded.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order only before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. For cancellation requests before shipment, please contact us at ridarazacare@gmail.com as soon as possible.
5. Return & Refund Policy
No General Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all personal care and cosmetic products sold by Raza Rida Care are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ridarazacare@gmail.com. To process the claim, customers must provide: (1) Clear photographs of the product, (2) Packaging photographs, and (3) A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval. After verification, Raza Rida Care may, at its sole discretion, send a replacement product or issue a refund to the original payment method.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source. Refund timelines generally take 5–10 business days after approval.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Raza Rida Care shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
8. Limitation of Liability
Raza Rida Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on ridarazacare.in is the property of Raza Rida Care and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
