Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns for damaged, defective, expired or incorrect items. Raise a request within 7 days of delivery by emailing ridarazacare@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Prepaid order cancellations are refunded within 48 hours.
Non-returnable
Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons) unless damaged or defective on arrival.
